Other than prescription medicine and protein drinks, what pills or supplements do you take for your health and fitness. List from most important to you to least. Describe briefly benefits you notice or expect. Mine are:

Men's multivitamin - keeps me healthy and balanced
Glucosamine/Chondritin - 2 triple strength daily keeps my joints from creaking and aching.
Asprin - 2 daily keeps my blood thin
Fish Oil - I just started and hope is helps my skin shrink as my girth shrinks. The mental benefits won't hurt either

The same but also a Vitamin D supplement (especially during the winter) and Vitamin C when I can't get orange juice or grapefruit juice.

I take calcium and potassium to avoid these inherited leg cramps that my ballerina Grandmother claims she gave me. :)
I take melatonin at night to help me sleep.
Kava Kava is my newest herb that I've replaced for 'scripts for anxiety (also handed down to me from my grandmother). She's so giving. ;)

Vitamin D as my blood tests revealed a deficiency.

Other than my daily prescribed meds, that's it.

I might have to try that Glucosamine/Chondritin combo. My knees are getting kinda creaky too.
