Newbie & desperate to lose...

weight that is :) I always have the same problem Im decisive on losing weight and I'm doing well on the beginning but suddenly it happens: I lose all motivation and before I know it I'm not working out like I should be, my journal hasn't been written inside in days and I feel like such a failure:( I just found the MFP app and decided to try it hoping I can find anyone that understands my situation and can help me out I need a support group somewhere to find the hope & motivation to keep moving towards my goal of losing the weight I need

    Welcome to MFP!!
    I have the same problem I be on a go than something happen like(I gain a lb, I do not lose any weight for a couple of weeks or sometime I will forget to log in my journal what I had eaten for the day) I get discourage and quit..I have been on MFP for a month only lost 7lbs but I really like this site.. When logging my food in my food dairy it make me want to eat better because I know my pals can see what I'm doing. So I can not make any excuses to why I'm not losing any weight as in the past.. Good luck you can do it. Make it a part of your life change..
