I know that i have to eat back my exercise calories to give my body the full 1200 minimum it needs and just wondered what foods you all eat to use them extra calories

A recovery protein shake after a work out, nuts, fruit, yogurt, a salad with dinner, maybe some low fat ice cream, granola bar, bowl of high fiber cereal, a larger dinner, etc. Some days it's easier than others!0
