Well, sort of. Hello to anyone out there. Initially I wasn't going to explore the forums much, but I decided it would help put a little more pressure on me to follow through on my goals if I made them public. With this in mind, I want to create some concrete goals that I can appreciate as I meet them. The most basic I have at the moment is a 20 lb loss to start, but I would like to think of additional things. An example would be fitting into a particular pair of jeans, or something similar to that. I'll be working on it.
For the most part I lurk more than post, so this may be the most I say for a while. Good fortune for everyone.
