UGGGGG I really just want to hit the 20lbs mark already! I'm so close I can taste it!
The end of this week marks 2 months that I've been doing this and my goal is to lose 10lbs per month so I can feel better at my wedding in July. I know it's only 2lbs away and it's still possible to get there by Friday but UGGGG You know when you just want it gone?!?!
This might be TMI but I haven’t had a BM in days even after doing a juice fast for 2 days, I taken natural laxatives and yesterday started taking Restoralax after reading about it here but still NOTHING! I'm hoping once I go it will give me the 2lbs I need, LOL.

Thanks, I'll have to try that! That's one of the things I love most about this place, I'm getting so many little hints I wouldn't have if I was going it on my own!
I have IBS so I have a constant sturggle with BM issues, it's all or nothing for me :-(0 -
Try drinking Citracel. It is the only fiber I can drink...it reminds me a little of Tang that I used to drink when I was younger
I also struggle with IBS and this helps me. You can also try 1-2 Tablespoons of ground flax seed daily.
