Cajun Crawfish Fettuccini

Cajun Crawfish Fettuccini
1 lb Crawfish meat, cooked
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 98% Fat Free
1 cup Fat Free Half N Half
1 tbs Lobster or Shrimp Base
1.5 tsp Olive-Oil
1 lg Onion - chopped
1 lg Bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup Celery - Chopped
4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
3 tbs Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp White pepper
1/2 cup White wine-dry
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
10 oz Whole Wheat Pasta
1. Chop and dice all vegetables. Add olive oil to heated, large sauté or frying pan then add vegetables. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until onion is translucent. Add seasonings and cook for 2 minutes. Add wine to deglaze pan then add condensed soup and half n half. Stir together and add the Worcestershire sauce. Heat thoroughly and add the crawfish and cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve over pasta or rice and garnish with green onion and a sprinkling of Creole seasoning around the outside edge of the plate or bowl.
Tip: The pasta weighs 5 ounces/serving after cooking.
