And I'm back

Hi There!
I'm back after being non-existent for about 2 years... I was on a roll and lost up to 45 pounds after seeing my mom go through open heart surgery. Then I had back surgery of my own, and the recovery was 4 months with no exercise and pretty much lying on my stomach. Needless to say, my motivation went out the window during that time. I'm trying to get back into things and realizing that my relationship with food is a lot stronger than I thought. I'm an emotional eater and I also know that I'm addicted... I'm trying to work through everything and have had some amazing epiphanies lately, but it's been hard. So I'm starting off slow... I need to lose the weight... I don't want to give myself any other options...
Thanks for listening and best of luck to you all!
