goodbye sluggishness!

Hi everyone! I'm new to the boards and only in the last few weeks really started cleaning my diet up again. I have been SO pleasantly surprised at the return of my energy the last few days! I wasn't expecting it this quickly! Not seeing a ton of weight loss, but feeling better is so worth it. Just putting this out there for those of is with a lot to lose, sometimes it's not just about being thin. I know if I stick with it my body will eventually respond with weight loss, it will feel too good not to! :happy:

    First of all welcome to this site.
    Secondly that is wonderful that you are feeling more energetic.
    What I have learned for myself is not to think of this as a diet. I think of it as a new and healthy way for me to be eating for the rest of my life.
    I didn't have alot to lose, but I do need to lose my weight due to health issues. I to have really felt as if I have alot more energy since I am writing my daily food intake on this site. It seems to be the correct amount of calories, carbs, fats and protein that I need to be taking in.
    You should be so proud of yourself for making this new healthy way of eating a part of your life.
    When you feel healthy you have more energy and will become more active and burn more calories.
    It will all fall into place for you.
    Just believe in yourself :)
