If you think you are addicted to food, watch MTV's I'm addicted to food for an outside perspective. I have to admit, I have felt this way. BUT you can break it!! Being active and healthy and not feeling lethargic is so much more fulfilling.

    I have to admit I kind of felt like I was watching myself for a minute, but those girls really went overboard. I don't think I was that bad.

    ok, i just watched & wow. so i want to kick jennifer's butt & i understand it is frustrating to have everyone around you telling you NOT to eat & being nasty about your eating habits & weight (can relate to that & i've never been that size) BUT this is HER life. she doesn't & prob shouldn't order the salads everywhere, but could make other healthier choices, even if it is just a little one everyday. some change is better than NO change. as for alisha, good for her! i was a little surprised she was told to fast for 24 hours before beginning, but she is honestly concerned for her health & was really trying. clearly from the clinics she was going to, there are financial difficulties there that make eating better harder, besides her obvious addiction. i do find it interesting the correlation i'm seeing between overeating/binge disorders & anorexia/under eating disorders. both hide their eating habits & think about food constantly. this was interesting :o) thanks for sharing!

    LOL at the overweight mother telling the overweight daughter what is bad for her. In a situation like that, it would probably be helpful to lead by example.

    lol @ spitfire! & poor jennifer's family making her weigh in front of them & forcing salads on her! gosh. people really have no concept of what is nutritionally valid or low calorie!

    I thought it was weird for her to say pizza was bad meanwhile she is being an enabler by picking up McDonalds McNasty nuggets for her.

    Half of them were overweight also! The one barely fit in a chair!

    I am all for making sure your loved one's stay fit and helping with their programs. But at least do a sit up before *****ing about them!
