JIllian Michaels Yoga Meltdown

Just completed my first workout of Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown level one, I loved it.
However, I am not sure how to log it in my exercise log, I see yoga under exercise but I am sure I burned more then the calories that mfp stated. Help please

    Not sure how much MFP gives yoga, and not to be a downer, but I only burn about 95 calories for the 32 minute level 1 of Yoga Meltdown, it's not exactly calorie blasting since it's more focused on engaging the core and relaxation

    I just bought that video too! I use my heart rate monitor for all exercises i do

    it depends on the person because i burn 300 in 32 minutes doing that DVD
    i'm 5'10 155lbs (so not very big)
    it all depends on your HR during. My HR is usually higher during workouts, even this one.
