Hey everyone, Is there a way to see how many calories you are burning while you workout? I know it gives you an approximate number on how many it thinks you will burn in an hour but I want to know how many I have burned as I am working out. Also, does it tell you whether you are in a fat-burning zone vs. purely cardio benefit? HELP! lol. Thanks

I have the RS100 and it's visible on the watch as I am exercising. I've looked at pictures of the watch and it seems to be very similar to mine. I can't imagine that it wouldn't show you what you are burning while exercising. Take a look at your manual. I'm sure it will tell you how to set it to be able to display it.0
