Just go easy today! You can still do things in moderation. Skip the jumping jacks for something less impact. Do the cardio boxing instead of that. Substitute in things that are upper body cardio, versus the jump rope and the other cardio that you can't do. Remember, she says the cardio boxing is great when you are battling an injury. Do all of the ab work and do as much of the rest as you can. You can still work out with a muscle injury, but take it easy. Get a good warm up in, lightly stretch the calf (comfortable not painful) and get in what you can! Something is better than nothing! You can do it!0

Take it easy.
A pulled calf muscle takes a while to heal.
Any additional stress could make it worse.
I have pulled mine twice. The first time it was severe and took two months to heal.
The second time was not as bad, I only did indoor bicycle.
After only three weeks it was much better and I was able to return to normal activity.
Only caution is do not start normal activity too soon. Be sure it is healed.0 -
Im sorry to hear that ! I have pulled my shoulder doing the 30 day shred and its been sore for more than a week now, all I can say really is to rest up a while, ive just been doing my c25k and no weight training but obviously its different for you. Hope it feels better soon xx0

I pulled a muscle in my left calf doing 30 Day Shred last week. I kept working out, just tried not to put too much strain on that area and it finally started feeling better.0
