I started using myfitnesspal about 2 months ago. I fell out of habit .. and gained some MORE weight. Now, I'm back and trying to use this site to help me loose the weight that seems to be creeping up on me..
I'm finding it hard to stay within my caloric intake.

Got any tips?

keep busy, once you get past the initial thinking that you are hungry! It's easier to stay in the calories zone. I love the new progresso soups, they are low in calorie and very filling, I eat a bowl of soup for lunch and maybe 1/2 sandwhich.

Good Housekeeping has a recipe for a soup that only has 45 calories per cup. It is very filling and full of veggies like carrots, cabbage, green beans, spinach, stewed tomatoes. I eat that and a salad for lunch.

Drink lots of water...add your sodium intake to your food diary and keep an eye on it

Hello and welcome back. I find drinking lots of water, more than 8 cups/day helps. Plus If u are not already active then get active, give u more calories to use , good luck
