I've been looking over my 30 day progress reports, and I've noticed that my potassium intake isn't as high as it should be. I usually average between 1000-2000mg when I should be getting closer to 3500mg. Does anybody have recommendations for potassium rich foods and snacks that I can include with my meals?

Coconut water. I was not a huge fan of drinking it directly, but it is great in a protein shake after a workout. I saw a recent study that suggested that sodium might not be as much to blame for high blood pressure as a lack of calcium and potassium is to blame. I find it hard to get to 3,500 too, but I am trying.0
