I am new.. PLEASE encourage me!!!!! I need to get healthy for my kiddos!!.....and to maybe one day be happy at the beach!!

    I am right there with you!! I have not worn a bikini in over 10 years but would love to one day! Heck, I would be happy to be comfortable in a swimming suit in public period!!!! LOL

    welcome...I am pretty new too.....and I keep forgetting to log everyday, but with practice it gets easier. Beach season is coming...actually here in South Texas....so I will encourage you if you encourage me :laugh:
