Goals...

So I been feeling a little lazy, I actually have no energy what so ever I’ve actually thought about getting some B12 vitamins but I have no clue on which ones to get. I have reached my birthday goal way early but still have a lot of lbs. to go till my main goal. I think another issue is I have been setting mini goals and I been achieving them ahead of time and since I reached my birthday goal way early (my birthday isn’t until 4/28) I have no clue what to do. I was thinking since I still have 5 weeks till my birthday to just set a goal until then I am 12lbs away from being the highest weight for my height but 12 in 5 weeks doesn’t seem ideal, but then again if I say 5lbs in 5 weeks it doesn’t sound like much. Anyone want to help with setting a goal? My husband should be home in May sometime that’s another goal I COULD set but after April 30th I won’t have a scale to weigh myself for a while probably not until the end of May. Lol I seriously don’t know how I am going to go a month without weighing myself I love stepping on the scale in the morning it is part of my routine.

    How about a happy medium at 7-8 lbs in 5 weeks? Enough to make you work hard but not too high to doom you to failure!?!?! :bigsmile:
