I am starting 6 Week 6 Pack and Shred it with Weights this week and am wondering if anyone has seen any results from either one? I will be alternating them during the week, does anyone have any advice for me.

  • I would do the Shred every day for 5/6 days a week and 6wk6pk on top of the Shred. I found that 6wk6pk wasn't enough for me on it's own. G'luck with whatever you decide to do! Jillian ROCKS! I've personally didn't like the Shred it with Weights. 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 have been my all time favorites and have given me outstanding results so far.

    it's hardcore! seriously, expect to get your butt kicked! i haven't' been consistent with it, but every so often, i do it & every time, i feel like quitting & push through & it is hard!
