Inspiration!?

had a friend tell me yesterday I was their silent inspiration. She said she has watched how dedicated I have been in exercise and eating habits, that when she feels like giving up, she thinks of me. Wow, I needed that! Do you have a person who inspires you to keep going? Mine is my husband!:happy:

    yes . my almost zero % body fat trainer - he`s in ridiculous shape - and he`s so encouraging
    and his fiancee - who is the same .. but smaller :0)

    The are both amazing athletes - natural body builders - with true hearts of gold


    ... not to mention I have to weigh in front of my trainer every week so that is enough to put you off the ice cream !
