I am looking for different ways to cook fish. I saw the post for tilapia and can't wait to try them. What do you do with cod?

pan fry, bake, steam, broil, slow cooker... just a few of the ways I prepare mine. Mmmm Cod... haven't had any in ages, it costs more than pricey cuts of steak where I am now so limited options.0

Bake it with lemon slices and sprinkle it with garlic and/or pepper. That's pretty much how I do all the fish I eat.0

I bake mine with 5 or 6 sprays of "I can't believe it's not butter" spray...some sliced onion...season it with pepper & grill mates garlic & herb seasoning and then squeeze some lemon juice on it when it's done!0

Crumbed or battered. OK so not very MFP-Friendly, but meh
Cod is so cheap here, about $12.50 /kg, decent steak is closing in on $40/kg0 -
I spritz mine with EVOO, slice up red onion and tomatoes. I top it with parsley and capers and I broil it wrapped in tin foil.0
