Has anyone tried Hip Hop Abs? If so what did you think? Did you lose any weight?

I've tried it, but I never followed the program. I do it when I want a fun day of exercise...I love the hips, buns and thighs video...It's a great work out...and I know a lot of people who have lost weight with it.0

Good that is encouraging. I am starting it today. A friend gave it too me.0 -
It's a bit boring... I found it too dance-oriented.
if you have done turbo jam or turbo fire you'll prefer those... even p90x is more serious0 -
if you like to dance then you'll love it, the moves are not too hard and you can easily catch up.
Turbofire and Turbojam are also great workouts but it's too intense for some people especially if you have bad knees and can't jump alot.
With HHA, if you stick to the program you'll definitely lose weight and have fun doing it.
I do Turbofire and Jillian Michael DVD's at the moment....
At the end of the day any exercise program will work as long as you stick with it and are consistent.0
