    I am in Virginia and not a vikings fan. LOL. But can offer motivational support for weight loss. No plans to kick the beer habit. There have to be some good things in life.

    What works... making good choices and getting exercise ...
    What doesnt -- eating whatever I want whenever I want it without consequences or thought!

    I don't play to completely give up my beer, but need to cut back to just here and there ins stead of here and now!! lol
