Hi everyone,

I am trying to lose weight due to the pressure it is putting on my back. I have multiple disc herniations in my lower back and neck. Nerve damage in arms and legs. The doc says not operable right now other than the usual stuff like epidural injection and radial fequency. I would love to chat with anyone about eating right and exercising but would definitly appreciate some friends with similar situation.

    Ive had severe back pain for over 15 years now..I have herniated discs and have been to a chiropractor off and on for several years...I KNOW that a lot of the pain I have with my back is due to my weight...Add me if you want..Its always good to have new friends who are trying to reach a similar goal...and getting healthy and losing weight is definitely a similar goal!
