For those who have done or are doing the 30 day shred video and use an HRM, how many calories are you burning per workout on average.

    I wear a BodyMedia Fit armband and I burn in the neighborhood of 165-180 doing it.

    bump,Im starting it tomorrow. I have a HRM but I'm curious to see if I'll work myself hard enough to be within the normal range for cals burned

    I typically burn around 230/50 calories...and that's doing a lite version of it...

    I am 5'4 and weight 66kg (148 lbs i think) and I can burn any where from 200-250 normally I am just finishing off level two. I also do additional cardio int he form of zumba after wards

    5'6", 150 lbs and I burn 160 calories. I burn 260 on Last Chance Workout & LOVE that workout compared to 30 Day Shred...it is also by Jillian MIchaels.
