The calorie count comes in at 210 for 3/4 c. Is that dry or cooked? If it's dry, does anyone have any idea what the cooked volume or weight might be?

You have to measure it out dry first. I would weigh it on a scale after it's cooked if you want to know its volume0

Weighing it before and after is the best way to go. In a pinch, a pretty good rule of thumb is that cooked pasta will weigh twice as much as it did uncooked. This varies somewhat by brand, texture, etc.0
