Injury!!!

Hi,

Just wondering if any one has any suggested excercises that I can do with a torn calf muscle? I was in a really good routine and dont want to let it slide to much while I'm recovering. Also any tips for a quick recovery would be much appreciated (Its my sisters wedding this weekend and I need to be able to walk down the aisle!!!) :)

    You just need to let that baby rest. Keep an ace bandage on that sucker nice and tight, and you'll be right as rain in no time. As you start to feel better, simple calf raises are probably your best bet. Grab a high chair, start lifting your body weight, but don't you dare overdo it!

    gentle yoga possibly? upper body resistance bands. Good luck...sorry you injured yourself.
