When I enter a Subway footlong veggie delite w/cheese in MFP it says 690 calories :noway: I went to Subway's site and looked up a foot long veggie delite and without cheese it is 335 calories. Add 80 calories for cheese and it is 415 calories. How in the world did MFP get 690 calories?

All those little extras. I mean even the type of veggies on it would throw it off a little but any sauces, oil, etc would change it too. However, that is a big difference.

I think u should double check subway stats b/c I get these all the time and they are 230 for a six inch that would mean 460 for a footlong and that is on wheat bread without cheese or sauces. I think the wraps might be around 330

I get it with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and black olives on wheat bread. No mayo or anything.

I think your footlong is 540 cals maybe whoever added it in the data base also had 150 calorie dressing on it.

footlong for 335? :noway: that may be for a 6 inch. The bread alone for a footlong is quite a bit more than that.
