Hi just wondering if anyone on here has this too? I am finding that any shoulder workouts are making this flare up ALOT, I will be making an appointment to see my GP again about it, try and get referred to a specialist.

But in the meantime I just wanted to see if anyone else has this, and if they have any specific workouts that they find difficult, or that help.

My GP did tell me to do more to strengthen my back and shoulders, but didn't tell me how, surely i shouldnt be in more pain, my neck is agony to the point it makes me feel sick sometimes. I really don't want to do any more damage. should I stop?

Thanks Rhiannon.

Wow Rhiannon, that sounds like a question for a doctor...trust your body and don't force it...

Thanks, Yeah that is probably the best idea, she just wasn't very helpful on previous occasions in regards to this, she basically told me to try to push my shoulders back more often.... and that was that.

Hopefully this time if I keep pushing for it I can get to see someone who knows more about it. . . . . I know it's just something that has to be dealt with, but knowing how to deal with it would be helpful lol
