My sugar intake is usually over the limit b/c I eat a lot of fruit. How should I take that into consideration when I look at my 24 grams of sugar daily allowance???:glasses:

worry about refined sugars and just make sure you're getting more veggies than fruit for your produce consumption but the numbers do indeed get high with yummy fruit in your diet...

Unless you're diabetic, the sugar isn't too important to track. And, fruit is natural sugar, so it's better than refined anyway.

    BUT--all things in moderation!

Thanks guys. Since fruit sugars are indeed better than refined should I still monitor them in the 24 grams daily intake?

Maybe I will focus more on eating the veggies instead of mainly fruit.

Don't really worry about it. In fact, take off the "sugar" heading and track something else.
