Hello. New to myfitnesspal

:smile: Hello, Just an introduction. This is my very first day. Greatest challenge? Listing the food - not because I'm eating so much be that I didn't want to eat anything!! Of course, my hunger overcame that problem. Here's to a healthy relationship and an ultimate healthy outcome.

    Welcome and congratulations for making the choice to get healthier.

    Take it from someone who has only used the site for 2 months, it gets easier, and addictive. LOL. With the help of this site and exercising I have already lost 13 lbs. So it does work. If you need motivation add me as a friend or check out the success stories thread or motivation/support thread.

    Welcome! I love MFP and I think you'll end up enjoying it, too! You'll see other people succeed and fail (but mostly succeed) and be human and you'll learn a lot from it :D

    I also highly recommend www.fat2fitradio.com they have taught me a LOT about losing weight healthy! You can listen on their website, or download their podcasts to iTunes.

    Welcome!!! Hey look at this as a learning process. The more I log the more I learn. I have never watched calories I just ate what I wanted. But thats how I got here.

  • Wow! What a great site! I've already had invitations for friends and I'm so excited! Just the interaction helps with the somewhat drudgery of counting those calories! I have a question.....what do you do about hunger? I mean the stomach is growling, I can eat a bear hunger? LOL I have to be truthful and tell you that it's been a LONG time since I was hungry... I made sure of that! :) Thanks for all the supportive responses!

    When I am starving I make sure I have a very good meal...like some yummy baked chicken breast with lemon pepper or mrs. dash with lawry's seasoning salt and a salad and if I'm super hungry I will add rice or a potato to the list as well.
