Need some butt-kicking!!

Ok, team. I need someone to push my butt tonight to complete my PX90 workout. Usually I do in the morning but my schedule did not permit. I promised myself I would do it when I got home from work but now I'm waffling.

Come on....remind me why I need to do this!!:noway:

    remember that accomplished feeling after a hard workout! You got this! I just finished 35 mins of cardio and 10 mins of abs and I just wanted a nap! I was actually laying in bed, but got up and pushed through it! You want to be healthy, you want to live to be 100! You want to look good and feel great and have pride in youself! DO IT!!!

    remember why you are doing this for YOU! & if you really don't feel like it... sit down on your couch, slump down & lift your shirt... see those rolls? that is why you should do the p90x! unless you want those rolls to get bigger?!?! lol tough love <3

    You can do p90x much better than many people who say are fit or thin, but have never tried it.

    You are in better shape and do not let feeling lazy or morally low let you slack ...

    think you're kicking someone else's butt - that worked for me...

  • You guys are awesome!! This was just what I needed to get me over the tiredness and focused on the goal!

    I did an hour of PX 90 Kenpo and I feel so proud of myself and burned another 350 calories for a toal of 900 calories today, YAY!

    Today it took a village, and I thank you!!
