Cutting out fruits?

The only time I ever eliminated fruit was when I tried Atkins. Now, I'd never do that again without talking to my Dr. or a nutritionist first.
I don't believe it's healthy to cut all fruit from your diet, as many have mentioned its nutritional benefits for your overall good health, but you seem determined to try cutting it anyway.
I'm determined to cut it out for a week and then slowly introduce one or two pieces of fruit and maintaining it that way. Currently, I'm -obsessed- with fruits. Two weeks ago, I was pretty much a fruitarian. See where my problem is? I won't eat any more bananas. I'd rather eat berries once I reintroduce fruits back into my diet again.0 -
I would DIE without fruits. Literally. Die.0
