New to the site as of today and was referred by an old friend. I am currently 30 years old and have finally decided to change my overall lifestyle. I have chosen to take-on P90X and I will tell you it is more difficult than I originally thought but well worth it. So now, 6 days a week I am committing 60 or more minutes a day for exercise and essentially following the ABS diet. This is a diet that works because I have done it before but like many other things have stopped when I began to struggle. This time I have decided not stop and make this a lifestyle change instead of a short lived fad.
