Today, I checked my BMI with the calculator here. I'm happy to say, I'm no longer obese... I'm overweight... with 30 lbs to go to be healthy.

It feels good! So very very good! :)

    I hate the "O" word!! It sounds like the "F" word or something. Hearing that word makes me cringe.

    Awesome work! When I moved into the overweight category not too long ago it was a great feeling, so I too can relate!
