Help, I need a change.

I have hit a plateau and I don't know how to get past it. I have been working out for the past three months pretty steadily and it has working well, but since I just passed my spring break goal I have lost some motivation and I have gotten bored with my routine. I know I need to shake it up, but I'm not sure how to make it more fun or more productive.
My current routine is: Cardio ( at least 30 minutes, if not more), leg lifts, extensions and curls, planks, crunches (nearly 700 split between 20 different sets), and then stretching. I try to do this at least 4 days a week, but I have been slipping because I am bored and tired of it.
Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me out? Get me more motivated and help me shed some weight? I am a college student that has limited time and resources. Does anyone else have this type of problem and suggestions to fix it?

You should be changing your routine every 30 days.0

Here are a few things you can do.
-try a fitness class
-swimming (great full body workout that is easy on the joints)
-sign up for a race and train for it (5K or something like that)
-change the time of day of your workout (this alone can help break a plateau)
-try high intensity interval training
-get some extra rest days in (this can sometimes help with weight loss)
-play with your calories a bit (cheat/fast days)0 -
are you taking in enough calories and nutrition??0

I'm trying to eat enough of the right stuff, but it really is not easy on a college diet.0

Perhaps if you set your diary to public we can help you out better by giving you suggestions on your food.
It is possible to lose weight and gain muscle in college as well as eat a well balanced diet...I did it. :flowerforyou:0
