  • I feel the same way. Ugh. Vitamin C and fluids! Take a day off from working out if you need to. That would be better than making yourself feel worse by straining your body. I am not an expert, but have a common sense approach to life. :) Feel better soon!

I totally get it. I've been sick on and off since September ...more on than off. I finally got into a grove about 3 weeks ago and today I woke up with a sore throat!!!! UGH. Up the vitamin c and take some emergency immunity boost

Eat more. If that's what your body is telling you then that's what you need to do. I generally don't eat back my exercise cals unless I feel really hungry or shaky so if your not eating them then try that

If you are working out a lot you may need to eat more calories. If what you're doing is making you sick maybe you need to re-evaluate some of your settings.

Honestly, I'm not surprised - I had a look at your diary and while you are taking in calories, I don't see much actual food!!
I'd suggest ditching all the shakes and eat meals made of food!!
It's good to see some bananas and grilled chicken and tuna in there, but at s quick glance there just doesn't seem to be s good balance.
To give you an example of what I mean, here's a typical day for me:
Breakfast: fresh fruit, muesli and non fat Greek yoghurt
Lunch: brown rice and chickpea salad, barbequed chicken drumsticks
Dinner: grilled chicken with orange sauce, Asian coleslaw (no dressing), 1/2 avocado with chilli sauce
Snacks: almonds, grapes, cherry tomatoes, cheese and crackers.
I'm not saying my diary is perfect (cider and cookies in there today) but I'm aiming for as much real food as I can, limiting junk, minimal prepackaged food.
    Good luck!

I looked at you're diary too and it does look like you probably need to eat more food and get less calories from liquids. It also looks like it wouldn't hurt to drink more water, unless you just don't log it.
