someone told me that my eating habbits could be psycological. soo as of today i was going to start writing down my feelings everytime i eat. i was wondering if anyone has tried this and how it worked for them?!.

    I have done this before....sometimes looking back on how you were feeling when you ate certain things....can help you determine if you are an emotional eater or not.....

    Haha.....I found I was so now.....I keep a pack of gum in my pocket....to chew when I get upset instead of stuffing my face....

    I think many problems could be helped by writing down your feelings at the time...it will definitely help you see a pattern and if you can see a pattern you may realise what triggers it etc. Go for it

    It definitely worked for me, it helps to see patterns. If I was upset I would eat a lot or not at all.

    It's worth a try!
