Taco Bell Fresco menu

Went to taco bell tonight...I had planned to just have one thing in order to stay in my calories. When I got there I discovered the fresco menu with calories listed!!!! I thought they wouldn't be as good, but it was pretty tasty. And I still have calories left for the day!!! It feels GREAT to go out to eat at a fast food place and come out of there knowing I didn't mess up my day! YAY for me and taco bell. I will be making that my place to go when I'm stuck in town!!!

    Woo hoo!! Congrats!! I would never be able to control myself.. I adjust my entire day if I know I will be having fast food. (like skip breakfast!! bad I know haha)

    I love the Fresco menu! And I love that they list the calories. I get caught up with the soda though. I love my Pepsi, and since Taco Bell is one of the few places that serves Pepsi rather than Coke, I can't resist the Pepsi when I go there...it's very sobering to realize that the large size Pepsi has MORE calories than the Fresco Chicken bowl. Brings me back to life and makes me reconsider hand choose water instead.

    Taco Bell is my weakness.
    I think that the Fresco Menu is sent to me by God.

    It is definitely a great menu. But, I wish they were promoting it more.

    I saw that in a magazine last week. I love Taco Bell but no matter what it all ways makes me sick. Maybe I'll get to eat one soon.:smile:

    My favorite is the Tostada Fresco Style. They don't promote it on the menu, but will make it if you ask.

    I love the Fresco Style Zesty Chicken Border Bowl! 350 cals, 8 g fat and 10 g fiber. SUPER filling and tasty!
