Insanity-P90x hybrid....

So I need cardio and strength training as well as my butt kicked so I decided to do the hybrid since I own both programs. I am also still doing the c25k program (had to restart week 2 though) I found a schedule online and thats what i will be following the only thing I must modify is the plyo day I will be doing P90x's plyo since it's less brutal on my knee. I have 3 months to drop 20-25lbs I changed my calorie goals and now I'm getting my butt handed to me in my workouts.
