Hi everybody! I'm new here. andI have run into one thing already though- is there a way to enter the name of an exercise along with calories burned only? When I exercise I wear a heart rate monitor for accurate calculation- and it's not always the same. Do I have to create a new exercise each time?

When you enter an exercise, you can adjust the calorie amount. I walk on the treadmill every day at lunch, but vary my speed based on how I feel. I just select walking from the menu that shows at "add exercise" and change the caloeries to match what the machine reported.0

Go to "my exercises" when you are entering a workout. You can name it and add your own calories burned. It will be in there every time you login now, and you can change the cals burned each time. Hope that helps.0
