hey it's me musicboy,
I was really good last year and got myself in shape now I'm not back to where I was but I've let myself go a bit again. The usual stuff, too much booze, christmas, birthday, work. So now my goal is to slim down for a photoshoot I want to do and look good on the beach. Live in London buy Brighton is only a train away.
Just thought I would say hi and meet some fellow exersize peeps.

Hello, Welcome!
I love to workout, more strength training for an actual workout though. Usually cardio for me is just what I do for fun, bike rides, Zumba and running.
I don't just want to be thin, I want to look GOOD in my bikini:)0
