I have been very successful losing weight but I have been more successful at gaining it back. Over the past 25 years, I've lost over 1,250 pounds and gained approximately 1,335 pounds. My ideal weight is 160 pounds but I currently weigh 325...two bodies in one. I know that my success is dependent upon a lifestyle change where I incorporate healthier eating habits with scheduled activities. Patience and perseverance have been hurdles for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle but I've got to make it work this time.
