I'm kinda a newbie since Jan 2011. So i'm looking for more freinds to motivate and i need more supporters. So who wants to join in with me.

I'm 5"8, 29yr old, 2 kids. single mom and work full time. I am 221 currently and i want to be 170 soon. I don't know what relalistic goal to push for so i will say around next year this time i should be close to the 170. I just need some supporters and some more people who have been there before and knows what i'm about to embark on. I need advice about eating right and good food tips to start on. I have been searching the blog and i see alot of threads that i will be looking thru every day. So if you would liek to be a freind please send me a friend invite and hopefully we can do this together.

    1lb per week is a realistic, if slow-ish estimate(average over the time you are losing- some weeks you'll lose 2, sometimes none). So you want to lose 51 lbs, by this time next year that's totally feasible! Welcome and way to go!
