New To MFP

Hello my name is Scott and i am new to the mfp world. I have been training for a little over 13 months now very hard and have made some really awesome changes to my body. I went from 325 down to 258 over the 13 month period. Now i am stuck and cant lose any more weight but hope that by keeping better track of what i eat with the food log that i will hopefully shed my last 15 lbs before summer. I lift weights about 4 days a week and run at least 3 days a week. Anyone have any suggestions on what i should be doing different other than calorie intake?

Congratulations on your amazing weight loss! First of all.
Secondly, I think the reason you're in a plateau is because your body is used to the calorie intake/work outs and you've been maintening. I think you came to the right spot and by logging your calories and exercise you will be able to pin point whats causing you to stall out. MFP is a great tool with a wonderful supportive community.
