:smile: Hello....I don't normally join things like this, but I figure I need something to help me get on track. I'm female, 113 lbs, 4'11" and want to be back to about 103 lbs. I know its not a lot of weight to lose, but being a total foodie and living in close proximity to a plethora of great restaurants makes it nearly impossible not to consume 1200 calories by noon. I work out like 5 times a week, but because I eat all the time, I don't lose anything.....so that's why I am starting to track my caloric intake. All I need now is friends on this to help motivate me.....lol

    Welcome to MFP! Im still quite new here :) Ive send you a friends request so we can keep each other motivated! Eventho its quite easy to stay motivated in the first few weeks for me, its always been a problem later on.
