My day has ROCKED :glasses: so far! Got up and weighed myself and found out that I am at a total loss of 28 lbs now, took my 2 mile walk in the morning instead of after work (because I have my LASIK today! ) and found out that not only did I speed it up by 5 minutes but I do not have any shin splints AND I could have walked further if I did not have time constraints! The only bad mark on my day so far (finger crossed) is that I got a blister on my right heal and if that is as bad as it gets today then I am going to have a drink to celebrate! :drinker:

Wow great start to the day!!
I had eye surgery a year ago and it is so freeing!!! Good luck - one piece of advice, bring sunglasses or a scarf or something to tie around your eyes. :glasses: It feels like someone is peeling 1000 onions in a small enclosed room when the freezing comes out. I felt 100% fine, as long as I kept my eyes closed. I also took a tylenol just before going in.0 -
Wow, sound like your day is off to a great start!!!
Congrats on the lasik....I'm envious!!!! Let me know how it turns out, if you have any side effects etc. I would love to get rid of my glasses!!!!
Best of luck for the rest of the day:flowerforyou:0 -

Good luck with your lasik. I got that done two years ago and I am so thankful everyday for being able to see. You will do great and be able to see. It's really weird at first to wake up and not have to put in contacts or go swimming, etc.0
