I know there are a MILLION posts about protein, but today I went over by 128....so how bad is that for me?

I have never done it before, but I just recently started with my protein shakes again, and I am working out alot, and always hungry. I'm drinking more then 8 cups of water...so I think i'm doing ok.

Any tips and advice as to how bad that is?
