Sounds like you're lacking something in your diet. I have no idea what, but there are many reasons that you could feel tired. Besides eating the right amount of calories, have you been making sure you are getting all the protein, good fats, vitamins, and minerals that you need?0

I am taking extra Vitamins with iron supplements, because in my office is the flu going around. I have chosen iron because of my tiredness. But Banks you may be right, I just looked into my vitamins but not minerals.
Thanks

Yes definitely sounds like something is missing. Maybe seeing a nutritionist would help you? Upping your calories may help too. Everyone's body is a little different, whats right for some isn't right for everyone.0

Are you taking a vitamin? It seemed to give me a good boost when taken in the AM with my breakfast. it kicked in nicely at about three days. I now take a liquid vitamin and it is AMAZING to see the difference between nothing and now. I'm seriously a new animal. i went from crazy tired lazy to excited to see what adventure I can I can take my family on each day! I love it!
Anyway, this is not me telling you take something, I am happy though that someone a year ago gave me the idea to try something new. I started with taking these:
But now take this:
I switched to Tarrah after researching the difference between liquid vitamin absorption verses taking pills. Anyway...this gave me back the "me" I had lost with my weight gain.
Good luck girlie! Sorry so long, but I have gone from couch potato to potato races! :laugh:0
