Hey everyone!! I'm starting a new class tonight -- pole dancing!! I don't have a HRM, and it's an hour-long class. How should I log this?

It depends on what you do. I take a class that's 90 minutes long and the first half hour is mostly stretching and light strength training, the next 40 minutes or so are spent learning new tricks/practicing old tricks/perfecting technique and the last 20 minutes is spent dancing (taking turns... very tough to dance that long lol). In my 90 minute class I burn about 750 calories and I'm 22, 5'7, and 165lbs. BTW you will LOVE it! It's such an amazing workout!!!0

OMGosh I had SO much fun!! It was a great class and the teacher was fantastic
My class was about 60-80 minutes. We did the airplane, and a bunch of other moves. I'm not very coordinated, but I had a BLAST!
