Going out of town...

I am going to be spending the next few days with my kids at my mom's house and they are not the healthiest eaters in the world. I know that I need to just watch my portions, and I am taking some healthy snacks with me. My mom has an elliptical trainer so I will still be able to work out. I also will be without my scale, which will probably be good for me, but I am nervous about gaining. What do you all do when you go out of town or on vacation to stay motivated and in check?

    I do pretty much the same thing you are talking about. I think you got it under control. The only other thing I do is sometimes try to take over the kitchen for atleast oen dinner meal and make it healthy. People usually appreicate you cooking for them too.
