Just been recommended this site by a friend I still have to find on here :D

Well I have 47lbs to go! I have no excuse as I lost my baby weight but put it back on and more oops!! Anyhow it's lovely to meet you all!

    welcome.I think It`s great you want to get healthy.I think it`s easier when you are younger to get in shape.
